The school year is right around the corner. In other words, the ability to do what you want, when you want is about to come to an end. 1. Start walking to school
Instead of riding the bus or driving to school, why not just walk? This is one of the easiest ways to be physically active with a crazy schedule. 2. Study on the treadmill

3. Make it a social gathering
During the summer, you have so much time to spend with your friends. But when the school year comes around, everyone’s busy with homework, extracurricular activities and part-time jobs. 5. Take advantage of commercial breaks
Making time to exercise after school can be extremely difficult if there’s a marathon of your favorite reality show on. But don’t worry – you can enjoy all of the drama and still get a workout in. Keep track of your numbers and aim higher each break.
6. Find a quick workout program
If you’d rather sit on the couch and relax during the commercial breaks, but still don’t feel like leaving your living room to exercise – just turn on a DVD exercise program when the show’s over. Most are designed to get you the best workout in the least amount of time, so these are perfect for a time crunch.
